How Does Reiki Heal
Reiki is a holistic therapy which induces your healing response on a physical, mental and emotional level. It is a non invasive therapy and is a natural and safe method of healing. It can be used alongside other treatments, both conventional medicine, alternative and complementary therapies.
Your Reiki Treatment
I provide a massage couch or chair, it is your choice. You will remain fully clothed and covered with a fleece if you are on the couch. Relaxation music will be played and I may use an essential oil to enhance your treatment. I will hold my hands over you or place them on various areas of your body that I am drawn to. I will always hold over your body rather than on if I am drawn to any personal areas of your body. You may feel a sense of warmth and deep relaxation during your treatment and may even find yourself drifting off. I will leave you to relax at the end of your treatment for 10 minutes. I will review your treatment with you at the end of your appointment.
I offer this wonderful, relaxing and balancing treatment from a place of intuition allowing the energy to guide me as to where to rest my hands, this will provide you with what you need from your treatment on that day. I hold a safe calm and tranquil healing space to support you to bring your own energy system back into balance.

Distant Reiki offers all of the above on this Reiki page but without you needing to be with me. I will either request a picture of yourself to be sent to me so that I am able to keep you in my visualisation or if you prefer I can offer the Reiki via WhatsApp or FaceTime.
Distance Reiki can be just as effective as experiencing Reiki in person. Reiki energy “works” regardless of where you are located. Yourself or Your Loved One may feel calmer and more relaxed, more optomistic and empowered. Your healing may be accelerated and a feeling of sense of wellbeing may increase.
Distant Remote Reiki For your pets. You send me a picture of your loved pet/s so I can keep them in my visualisation. I will send calming Reiki to your pet/s for around half an hour. I do not need them to sit still and relax as they will receive the Reiki that they need but you may find that they do sit and relax for a while.
Animal Reiki is a gentle, yet effective complementary therapy that promotes deep relaxation and natural healing. It works by using energy to heal your animal/s on many levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. During your animal/s Reiki Treatment I will channels the healing energy and directs it to your animal/s through focused intent. Meanwhile your animal/s remain in their familiar surroundings allowing a more receptive state. Animals often experience a deep state of peace as the Reiki clears imbalances allowing for a new and harmonious patterns of health and wellness to emerge. This in turn enhances their healing process.
