Payments: Can be made with Cash, On Line through this Website or through a Bank Transfer direct to my bank (cheques will only be accepted from regular clients) Sorry I am unable to accept debit or credit card payments.

Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy: Out of courtesy I ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. At my discretion failure to do this may result in up to 30% of the cancelled treatment cost being charged to you as I can not always fill a last minute cancelled appointment.

Consultations: A consultation is required prior to all holistic therapy treatments. I offer face to face on line consultations through WhatsApp,  FaceTime or a Telephone Consultation prior to any Reiki, Reflexology, Pedicures O.P.I Pro Spa, Indian Head Massage and Hydrotherm Massage and Aromatherapy for all clients especially if you have a medical condition, suffer a mental health condition, have a mobility condition or on a journey through cancer and beyond.

For Hair Colouring: a skin patch test is required at least 48 hours before colour for new hairdressing clients. Please inform me at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions, skin allergies or are pregnant.
